Does ADPOINT support Single Sign On?
Yes – ADPOINT supports Microsoft Azure, Google SSO, Octa and Onelogin. Other solutions available on request.
We receive a lot of tag-sheets with hundreds of tags - can ADPOINT help us process these?
Yes, simply upload a tag-sheet to a campaign and ADPOINT will parse and retrieve all tags, just as if they had been uploaded one by one.
Can we use different validations for different creative types?
Yes. Super users can easily set up rules to determine which validation profile should apply to a certain creative type, customer or publication.
Do ADPOINT have a guaranteed uptime?

Is it possible to get off-hours support?
Yes. Off-hour support is an option in all our Service Level Agreements.

For print creatives, ADPOINT has a free plugin allowing assets and annotations to appear directly on the canvas in Adobe InDesign. Digital creatives are checked out for local editing and automatically checked back into ADPOINT for workflow continuity.
