We’ve meticulously crafted X1 to be intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring both experienced professionals and newcomers navigates with ease. 

Our design process is based on progressive design, a collective work of design principles, balancing culture, process and psychology.

And while we have made a lot of effort to ensure X1 provides a stress-free user experience, it is also true to its roots and principles. Easy onboarding and well-tuned migration from previous versions, ensure a flat learning curve and a productivity boost from day one. 

X1 look and feel

In X1 we use colors to convey choices, actions and navigation. X1 nudges users to understand their next steps, the significance of a certain feature and the consequences of any interaction. We have wrapped it all in the principles of Google’s Material Design to create a safe, familiar and beautiful user experience.

Good looks aren’t everything. We’ve optimized X1 to harness the power of our cloud, resulting in faster searches, smoother navigation and quicker load times, all of which greatly enhance the X1 user experience.

Find Anything Faster with Improved Search

X1’s filters makes it easier than ever to find exactly what the users needs. Just type away, X1 uses auto-suggest to lead you to your result. You can turn filters on and off, and even combine them to find exactly what you are looking for. 

Redesigned Lists for Speed and Clarity

We have redesigned the lists for better overview and faster performance. A brand new color scheme enhances the most important data and responsive design ensures the optimal use in any resolution. Users easily select data required for their job, change the search order or adjust the view. And when scrolling through long lists, data loads lightning fast for an uninterrupted and smooth user experience.

Order Pinning: Keep Priority Orders Handy

In X1 you can pin an order to keep it at the top or bottom of your list. Regardless of filtres, sorting or scrolling, the pinned order will stay in the same position as long as it is pinned. Great when you want to keep an eye on a late order but still want to progress with other work.

Inline Editing: Single Click Updates

Many fields can now be edited directly from the list without opening a new window. Quickly add a note to the producer, or change the proof contact. All it takes is a single click. Inline editing is a time-saver if there ever was one.

Stay Organized: Tailored Workspaces for Efficiency

Do you feel like an octopus having to switch between tasks all the time? Workspaces keep you organized. Configure each workspace for a specific task and create as many as you like: A workspace listing all orders from a specific customer. A workspace with an overview of campaigns that kick off in the next 24 hours. A workspace to dispatch urgent production orders.

Boost Team Efficiency with Custom Workbenches

Workbenches lets users benefit from sets of predefined workspaces. Great for onboarding new staff. A Workbench includes all settings such as filters, sort-orders and views and can be centrally updated to roll out new features in an instant. How about a Workbench for the Ad Ops team, Sales reps or Producers?
