Terms and conditions for participation

• Participation is free and includes food, drinks and refreshments in accordance with the agenda.
• We will do our best to cater for common allergies or diet requests. We kindly ask you to provide this information to us via email no later than August 18th 2026.
• Travel and accommodation is not included. We recommend you use the Travel Planner to arrange local transportation.
• Space is limited and to ensure a great experience for all, we ask for your understanding that we may limit the number of attendees from each company.
• The agenda is subject to change without further notification. Please check the Conference Page for updates.
• Please do not make any travel arrangements until you receive final confirmation from Integration X. Confirmations will go out via email no later than August 18th 2026. If your participation is rejected, we will add you to a waiting list and update you if a spot becomes available.
• If you are not able to attend, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
• Participants will be added to our mailing list and can unsubscribe any time.
